We played basketball in the morning, and then we went shopping and did emailing early in the morning. Then we went and had lunch and finished running our errands for the day. Then we were busy with several lessons and had about three before we went to the other Elders for a BBQ.
Tuesday, August 2:
Was a pretty normal day. Lots of contacting, but one sweet thing was that we got back in touch with an old investigator we met with, who just kinda disappeared on us, but he is back now and wants to work to baptism!
Wednesday, August 3: We had District Meeting in the morning, and then lunch with Bowens (they are the greatest!). Then we went
We had District Meeting in the morning, and then lunch with Bowens (they are the greatest!). Then we went tracting with a member for a bit, and then we had a wonderful lesson with a friend of ours, named Marek, to end the day.
Thursday, August 4: We went and did service for a member early in the morning for a member, then our studies. Then we had lessons until game night which was a great time!

Friday, August 5:
I had a great exchange with Elder Paxton, and we had a good day full of contacting. To end the day, we went and watched a YSA named Barbora open her mission call! By far the biggest highlight of the week!
Saturday, August 6:
We weekly planned and then we went and helped our Branch President start moving stuff out of his apartment (he is moving to Prague). Then we got back to Olomouc and had a lesson with a member before we played volleyball for sports night!
Sunday, August 7:
Church as normal, and then we went out contacting for a while before we visited some members, and we ended the night in our apartment doing calls.
Spiritual thought today comes from Philippians 4:8, and it reads:
Finally, brethren, whatsoever things are true, whatsoever things are honest, whatsoever things are just, whatsoever things are pure, whatsoever things are lovely, whatsoever things are of good report; if there be any virtue, and if there be any praise, think on these things.
I love the invitation at the end of this scripture to think on those things that will uplift us. Every day we face the challenge of choosing an attitude of positive or negative thinking, and I know that as we focus on the Savior and all of those other wonderful things around us we will find joy in this life. I am so grateful for that agency our Heavenly Father has blessed me with. In the name of Jesus Christ, amen.
